We specialize in shingle re-roofing and new construction, including residential buildings, churches, condominiums, patio homes and apartments. All shingles are hand-nailed—no air guns are used. Because of our commitment to quality and our highly experienced installers, we are able to offer a three-year labor warranty, whereas most other roofing companies only provide one to two year labor warranties. Most roofs are installed in one working day with a complete clean-up of your property with magnetic nail retrieval. At Christian Bros., we provide free estimates including references and proof of insurance. Other services include roof inspections, insurance roof work and immediate installation for realtors.
Christian Bros. offers a unique no-pressure sales approach, as we do not have any commissioned salespeople on staff. No down payment or deposit required; customers are invoiced upon completion of work. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and customer's evaluation and satisfaction of the job.
Besides Owens Corning roofing products, we also offer GAF, Certainteed, and Tamko products. Christian Bros. Roofing & Contracting, Inc. also installs gutters, gutter guards, and custom aluminum/vinyl systems.
